A nearby plane crash initially thought to be an act of war is later revealed as a russian missile accident in this emotionally charged family and war drama “Klondike”, skillfully directed by Maryna Er Gorbach.

During the russian full-scale invasion, Ukrainian filmmaker and journalist Mstyslav Chernov immerses himself in the city of Mariupol for 20 days, documenting the unwavering strength of the local population. Through his film, he provides a raw and unfiltered perspective on the challenges faced by war journalists who risk their lives to report the truth, delivering powerful and unsettling images rarely seen in mainstream news.
