Polish cinema in Berlin: A Kieślowski Week
In Babylon we have the chance to see Kieślowskis iconic Colors Trilogy. MUBI says: “Krzysztof Kieślowski delivered an astonishing affirmation of life and art with his final three features, which are among the most internationally acclaimed and commercially successful arthouse releases of the 1990s. These transcendental and existentialist films decipher the mysteries of the human condition, through closely and attentively investigating the behaviors and actions of everyday characters.”

Georgian Films at 5 Women Filmfestival
We have a chance to see a curated program of female Georigan cinema this weekend at 5 Women Filmfestival! “What strikes about these female filmmakers from Georgia is that they have an urgency which you can feel not only in their subject matter but in the approach and the way they question Georgian society and its values. These films are a barometer, this is what is going on in a country where young people dream of Europe and a corrupt government is following the footsteps of Putin's Russia”
