On the Berlinale website there is a field for each screening that indicates the beginning of the ticket sale for the respective screening. They all differ. Ticket sale starts at 10 in the morning each day, and you have to be quick, because they sell out fast. If you are eager to visit a specific screening, it makes sense to check the availability of tickets shortly before it starts. In many cases, some tickets appear spontaneously! Good luck!
